A case of 37 years old female with Cushing´s Syndrome was presented. Preoperative diagnosis was adrenal
turner on the right side, and cooperative histological diagnesis of the surgical specimen was confirmed as carcinoma. The clinical pictures, diagnosis, operative procedure, metastasis to the other organ, survival period and the
pathologic features of the tumor were discussed.
